In SEMIX Mobile 100S4 batching plants, only one ramp is needed for feeding aggregate bins thanks to its patented design.
The inline aggregate bin structure eliminates the need for installing a pre-feeding conveyor.
Semix Mobile 100S4 can be rapidly assembled in 3-4 days with its' compact design. It can be relocated to another project easily because of its' high mobility.
SEMIX Mobile 100S4 can be installed quickly in a designated area within 3 days, both mechanically and electrically. Experienced SEMIX assembly personnel will assist you during the installation process at all times.
In SEMIX Mobile 100S4 Concrete Batching Plants, mixers with a capacity of 2.25 m³ of compacted concrete output are preferred. Planetary, twin shaft, and single shaft mixers can be adapted to the Mobile 100S4 batching plant depending on the requirements.
